The Mayfair club has congratulated the four members of our club who will be attending the National tournament in Ontario this month.We have supported them with a check for $200 each to put towards their travel expenses. Good Luck Bev.C Jacquie A,Karen GT. The Fourth club member Tyler S. is presently attending Nationals in Hanover Ont and we hope he is doing well.

One of our very own Mayfair members will be organizing a lawn bowling tournament for charity! This is a great opportunity to form a team, support a good cause and bowl under the lights at Mayfair! More information below, please comment if you would like more information!

We are hosting The Grassroots Tournament - Aug 15/16th at our club. This is a really good one for first time tournament players who are looking to try a tournament with the focus on fun first! You can enter for just one day or both. Entry fee $10/day. Saturday is pairs. Sunday triples. Enter as an individual and the draw master will be creating the teams that day. This weekend MLBC hosted a Mixed Pairs Tournament. Players and spectators enjoyed the weekend, despite the intense heat this weekend. Congratulations to our Gold , Silver and Bronze winners.

Our club is hosting the Provincial Mixed Pairs tournament next weekend, July 24-26. If you are interested in entering, please comment below! We are looking to coordinate interested people into mixed pairs teams. It is a great opportunity to represent your home club, have some fun and enjoy a little friendly competition. Entry is $30 per person. Lunch is offered each day.
