Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the Hajar Strong Wrestling Camp! 🤼‍♂️

This camp was about so much more than wrestling—it was about community, connection, learning, and coming together to support one of our own in a time of need. It was a reminder of what makes our wrestling community so special: when someone needs support, we come together, lift each other up, and show that we are stronger when we stand together.

We are incredibly fortunate to have such amazing people in our wrestling community. Seeing athletes, coaches, families, and supporters come together to support this camp was truly inspiring. Your presence, generosity, and encouragement mean so much and help us continue to grow the sport we all love.

A special thank you to Dennis Smythe for leading our sport science session and sharing his knowledge with our athletes. Giving our wrestlers the opportunity to learn about the science behind training, performance, recovery, and long-term athletic development is such an important part of helping them become better athletes and better wrestlers.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the Hajar Strong Wrestling Camp possible, whether you volunteered your time, shared your knowledge, supported an athlete, or simply showed up. Every contribution made a difference.
