8:15 AM – 9:30 AM: Check-In
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Mat Session 1
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Mat Session 2
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Sport Science Session

Sunday, August 23
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Mat Session 3
12:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Mat Session 4

One month away!

Thank you to Ascendant Martial Arts for hosting the 2026 Saskatchewan Beach Wrestling Championships and congrats to all the athletes that stuck it out and worked hard this summer! This concludes our summer wrestling program. Next up: we have a group travelling to Glasgow Montana from August 1-3 for the Glasgow Wrestling Camp. See you in the fall!

If you know an elementary aged child who wants to try out wrestling come check out Modern Wrestling Club Saturdays in September from 12:30-1:30. This is geared towards brand new wrestlers and gives them an opportunity to learn some basics before our regular season starts in October .
