BG Racing Round Up: August 22nd.

This weekend, Sutherland Automotive Speedway makes up for last week's raincheck. Racing their Super Stock cars will be Kurtis Houben and Ryan Johnson.
Then, at Agassiz Speedway in his Street Stock will be Billy Coles.

And a shout-out to Grizzly Springs Water Company for supplying
BGR with three, 20 pound bags of ice. Check them out for all your Okanagan ice needs!

BCP Construction and BG Racing have sponsored a Test & Tune at Agassiz Speedway for this Friday night, August 21, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
(gates open at 5:00 PM for unloading). The invitation is open to anyone who would like to turn some laps, all classes included.

On Friday August 14th, Ryan Johnson, Kurtis Houben, and Ryley Schneider are driving their superstocks at the Sutherland Automotive Speedway

🏁Last Weekend BGR raced in Portland and Agassiz🏁
At Agassiz Speedway, Kale Woodske Motorsports - KWM, sponsored by BCP, C-Force, and BG Racing:
finished P:2 in the Street Stock Qualifying,
was P:1 in his Street Stock heat with the in-race fastest lap of 15.036,
And brought home the trophy for P:1 in the Street Stock 40-Lap Feature.
In his Late Model, Woodske finished P:2 in the Qualifying and P:2 in the 125-lap Main Feature.

Billy Coles followed close behind with a P:1 and a fast lap of 15.201 in the Street Stock Qualifying, and a P:3 in the 40-lap main.

Meanwhile, Kyle Keller raced his ARCA Menards Series #4 car all the way into 2nd position in front of the Back East Cars before his transmission broke.

It was a big weekend for BG Racing.
Kyle Keller raced his #12 Pro Late Model at Colorado National Speedway and finished P:8 of of 31.

Meanwhile, the rest of the team made podium placements at the Penticton Speedway Gordy Mannes Street Stock Invitational.

The Gordy Mannes Street Stock Weekend Champion, Billy Coles edged out Graham Cook by 1 point, leaving:

Saturday Street Stock Qualifying:
#07 Ryan Johnson of Saskatoon finished p:1 and had the fastest lap at 14.466.

and Kurtis Houben P:9.

50-lap Street Stock Feature #1:
Graham had the fastest in-race lap at 14.649 and finished P:2.

Pieter Vandenbroek P:3, and Ted Samuelson P:5.

30-lap Hornet Feature #1:
Pieter barely cleared the 15 second rule with the in-race fastest lap of 16.140 and finished P:2.

30-lap Hornet Feature #2:
Pieter just crossed the 15 second line with an in-race fasted lap of 15.923 and was disqualified.
