I'm not kitten. 🐱
Conscious Rewire Coaching has grown — and that means we have room to help more people get stronger.
We're opening 3 coaching spots for September.
If you've been watching for a while, thinking about getting back into strength training, or telling yourself you'll start when life gets a little less busy… this is your invitation.
You don't need to already be consistent.
You don't need to know exactly what to do.
You don't need to rearrange your entire life around training.
That's what the coaching is for.
We'll build your training around your body, your goals, your experience and the life you're actually living — with personalized programming, accountability, movement feedback and real humans paying attention on the other side of the app.
3 spots. Starting in September.
Ready?
Apply through the link in my bio or send me “STRONG” and I'll send you the details.

Since the beginning, Conscious Rewire Coaching has been built one student at a time.
Every workout.
Every check-in.
Every Zoom call.
Every video review.
It has all come from one coach.
As the business has grown, I've realized something:
The future of Conscious Rewire Coaching was never meant to depend on one person.
It was meant to be built around a philosophy.
One that values strength, sustainability, and coaching that's deeply personal.
That's exactly what we're continuing to build.
Same philosophy.
Same standards.
Same mission.
Just with more support, greater capacity, and more women getting stronger.
Next, you'll meet Coach Kristy and hear her perspective on strength.
I'm excited for you to get to know her.

Garden Update
(Thank goodness I took these photos BEFORE Venus the goat got in and ate my carrots, peppers, strawberries, and some corn 🫠😡)
So it looks a little different now, but I still want to show it off.
Gardening (and foraging) for me, isn't just a fun pass time.
It brings me great joy to be able to bring food from the earth, harvest it, and feed it to myself and my family.
This was an activity I grew up doing with my mom, who did it with her mom, and I now get to share it with my daughter.
It goes alongside Lane's addition of raising animals for meat, milk, and eggs. My family hunted for meat or talked to local farmers. It's cool to now BE that local farmer.
Strength, for me, isn't just about lifting heavy for the sake of lifting heavy. It's about overall health and wellness - of body, mind, spirit, and environment.
It's about keeping things simple, doable, and true to my values. It's about sustainability. And what's more sustainable than growing your own food, upcycling waste, building a strong body, and raising a family.

This isn't a "What YOU should eat" post.
It's a "What I eat, and why" post.
My goals have shifted over the years, as goals often do.
Fifteen years ago, my nutrition revolved around performance and aesthetics.
I wanted to jump higher, lift heavier, look better, and compete.
Now I'm in my thirties.
I'm growing babies, soon I'll be nourishing another through breastfeeding, and I'm thinking about how I want my body to serve me over the next 30, 40, and 50 years.
I want to build strong humans without leaving myself depleted.
I want to support healthy muscles and bones.
I want enough energy for my kids, my work, and myself.
That's changed the foods I intentionally prioritize.
The biggest takeaway from this post isn't my grocery list.
It's the process.
I intentionally think about the foods I want to eat every day, every week, and every now and then—and why.
That simple shift has taken a lot of the guesswork out of eating.
If I have a goal of eating several nourishing foods throughout the day, I know I need to start eating earlier and actually fuel myself throughout the day. (If you know, you know.)
Once I've hit those priorities, everything else fits in much more naturally.
It reduces the late-night "what do I feel like?" spiral.
It reduces the guesswork.
It gives me confidence that I'm giving my babies what they need while still taking care of myself.
And if I'm unsure?
I don't guess.
I get bloodwork done and look at what's actually going on.
Your goals might be completely different than mine.
Your food list probably should be too.
The point isn't to copy what I'm eating.
The point is to be intentional enough that your food choices consistently support the life you're trying to build.
