20 days until we depart for the Brazil Para Open G2. Alex will be representing Canada for the first time in an official classification event towards Paralympics Qualification.

Beginner children's groups doing some exercises to develop a stronger kicking chamber. Having a strong chamber is an essential building block to basic kicking fundamentals!

Ms. Monica is getting to know all the 6-under beginner students and is looking forward to leading the class for the coming year! She is a wonderful teacher who began in our program from white belt years ago as a little girl. I am excited to see the youngest children in our club make progress under her leadership 👏
