Mark your calendars. Minor Softball Day is back!

Join us on Sunday, September 13th for a day filled with OCAA Softball at Tecumseh Park! The Lambton Women's Softball Program will be in action for the first time at home this season as they host a four-team pod with four games throughout the day, two of which feature the Lions.

The day's schedule is as follows:

11:00 a.m.: Lambton vs. Durham
1:00 p.m.: Fanshawe vs. Sheridan
3:00 p.m.: Durham vs. Fanshawe
5:00 p.m.: Lambton vs. Sheridan

Minor softball players are encouraged to wear their team gear to the diamond, and we'll have some giveaways planned throughout the afternoon.

A quiet week for the Lions before the real thing begins next week.

The Lambton Women's Softball Program is the only team in action this week ahead of the start of the 2026-27 academic year. The Lions are in Windsor on Friday afternoon for a pair of exhibition games against the Windsor Lancers.

Starting this season, the Lambton Men's Baseball Program will be implementing an admission fee at all home games at Errol Russell Park.

Money from the admission fees goes directly back into the program to help us provide a better game day experience for spectators, equipment and facility improvements, training opportunities in the offseason, and to help offset rising travel costs for road contests.

Season passes may be purchased online ahead of time at the link below. Pre-purchased passes will be available for pick-up on Friday, September 11th at the Men's Baseball home opener vs. Fanshawe.

Cash, debit, and credit will be accepted at the gate.

The Lambton Women's Softball Program will close out the Mohawk Invitational today with a pair of games at the Binbrook Fairgrounds against opponents from the GTA.
