A huge thank you to the 520 people who came out for our FREE Frog Follies Pancake Breakfast! It was amazing to see so many people from our community enjoying breakfast, visiting, and spending the morning together.

Enjoy pancakes, sausage, coffee, and juice while supporting the renovation of Physique Plus Fitness. While breakfast is free, donations are gratefully accepted to help with our renovation project.

🏋️♂️ If You Use It, Put It Back! 🏋️♀️
If you’ve finished your set, please re-rack your weights.
➡️ Not everyone can lift what you lift – and no one should have to move your weights just to start their workout.
✅ Clean up after yourself.
✅ Respect your fellow gym members.
✅ Be the reason someone smiles at the gym – not the reason they trip over a dumbbell! 😅
