It was a pleasure to meet some of the members of Breasts Ahoy just before they prepare to leave this Friday for the 2026 International Breast Cancer Paddlers’ Commission Participatory Festival in Aix‑les‑Bains, France.

This year, they’ll join 4,500 paddlers, 170 teams, and 25 nations in what will be the largest IBCPC festival ever held on Lac du Bourget. They’ll also be joined by paddlers from across the Maritimes, proudly representing Saint John on the world stage.

Wishing Breasts Ahoy safe travels and an unforgettable experience in France. Our city is cheering you on every step of the way.
