Your season includes:
Professional coaching and instruction
Five friendly race nights featuring BBQs and entertainment
End-of-season banquet with medals

Key Dates:
Meet & Greet: Monday, August 4, 6:00–8:30 p.m.
Tank Practices: August 5 & 6
On-Water Practices Begin: August 8
Novice Practices: August 10 & 11

Hi Everyone,

It will be great to see everyone tomorrow, Sunday, July 26, for Race Day!

Please arrive by 12:00 p.m. We will take a group photo shortly after everyone arrives. Following the photo, we will get organized and aim to be on the water by 12:30 p.m. for the 1000 meter races.

Let's hope the universe gives us a beautiful day for rowing!

Please bring your $10 deposit with you on Sunday, July 26. Team Captains will be collecting deposits. Don't miss out on what promises to be a great evening!

The theme for Thursday is Community Care of St. Catharines and Thorold Food Drive Night.

Please bring your donations 🍅🥕🥞🍼 in and FILL THE BINS! Bins will be available at the BBQ at the Alumni Patio.
It feels really good to help those that need help!

Hello, Rowers,
I just wanted to thank you all for your patience during what can only be described as a truly unprecedented season.
Having not one, but three races cancelled—first because of rain, then more rain, and finally smoke (who would have thought?)—is certainly not the norm for us.
We're doing everything we can to salvage the season and get everyone back on the water to enjoy these races.
With that said, I hope to see all of you this Thursday, July 23, 2026, for what was originally scheduled as Regatta #2. Here's hoping for plenty of sunshine!
I'll have the music pumping from the announcer's booth (song requests are always welcome!), and the rest of the Board and our amazing volunteers will be there to help make it a memorable evening.
Thank you again for your understanding, your patience, and for being such a fantastic group of rowers. Your support means a great deal to all of us.

We Heard You!

We've received a lot of feedback regarding the proposed Tuesday Race Night, particularly about the short notice and scheduling challenges for many of our rowers

We completely understand, and after considering everyone's comments, Tuesday Race Night has been cancelled and regular practices will resume.

Upcoming Events
Thursday, July 23rd
Race Night starting at 6:00 PM

Sunday, July 26th
Race Day starting at 1:00 PM

We would also like to take a group photo of all our amazing racers, families, and volunteers at 12:30 PM before racing begins.

We are still exploring the possibility of holding another Race Night on Thursday, July 30th. Stay tuned for updates!

The race schedules will be adjusted to include additional races, so everyone will still have plenty of opportunities on the water.

We hope to see everyone this Thursday, and let's all hope the weather and the universe decide to cooperate this time! 😄
