Gymnastics Energy is a not for profit organization operating in the heart of the Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada
Every year, nearly a thousand children of all ages swing, bounce and flip with us. Our programs emphasize fun, fitness and the fundamentals of gymnastics. We tutor ages ranging from 18 months to adult and every skill level imaginable whether it is competitive, recreational or special needs.
