Some photos of my recent trip to the ITF world championships in Barcelona, Spain! It was an excellent trip and the championships were fantastic. The Canadian members achieved a few medals and a ton of experience.

Happy Birthday to Taekwon-Do!!! Today is its 70th birthday! We thank you General Choi for this gift you have given us and we are grateful to GM Choi Jung Hwa on continuing its legacy! Taekwon
