Happy Monday Mounties
Women’s only hours has been renamed to “Empower Hours”. This program is to promote equitable participation and access to physical activity for self-identified women. Self-identified women includes cis women, trans women/trans individuals who identify as women, non-binary individuals who see themselves or partially see themselves as women and feel that they will benefit from using theses hours.
We also want to recognize the problematic nature of a gender binary, while respecting that gender based violence does exist and it will not be tolerated in the Fitness Centre.
These hours begin today and we cannot wait to see you gals there!💛❤️
