Located at Royal Canadian Legion, Moss Glen. A less intense Zumba fitness dance class, with routines designed for beginners and older adults. Price is $10.
Zumba Gold uses the same dance moves as in original Zumba classes; however, it is less intense and the routines are designed for beginners and older adults. Wear cool, loose clothing, sneakers with low tread, and bring water.
