Second sale day is done and gone. We are very grateful for the interest, bidders and buyers of our bulls!

Thankyou to everyone that helped make the sale happen. VJV Auction Co. Rimbey Cattle Sales and all their staff. Dean Edge Andrew Releeder Garren Skeels and Tracy Gardner for the great meal.

Also big thank you to Brendan Anderson for helping haul all the bulls into sale and helping bring the ones home that will be here until it’s time for them to go to work.

And of course big thank you to my wife Krishanda Portiek for making the catalogue and everything else she does through out the year with the cows between pasture checks, sorting, feeding, gate monkey, heat checking, and slipping through the mud when we’re ai’ing cows on standing heats. And on and on.

Also big thank you to parents for all their help with the cows as they are involved with all the same tasks as Kris.

Plans are underway for next years 3rd annual sale and the calves are getting put in the cows for the fourth annual sale.

I look forward to delivering all the bulls from bc through out Alberta and even into Saskatchewan.
