Summer dry land practice.

Season end pizza party of Richmond Rockets. And we have Anders joining us after the practice.

We have team Canada Olympian Anders Johnson as our guest coach in Richmond Rockets!!! Our skaters are very happy to have the chance to meet him.

Skaters had a fun but hard dry land training today. Afterward, Coach Cormac bought that icecream. Coach Shione is going back to Japan but she will help Rockets remotely.

We were excited to welcome Jonathan Cavar to the rink today. Jonathan is the Manager of Sport Pathway with Speed Skating Canada, and brings decades of coaching experience in both Canada and the United States.

Skaters had lots of fun and PB in the Richmond Rockets Mini Meet 2026!
