We showed up. Nature held the space. And something beautiful happened. 🌿

Last Saturday, we gathered at Terra Nova for our very first Free Yoga + Women’s Health Circle.

We moved our bodies under the open sky. We breathed in fresh air. We sat in a circle with warm tea in our hands.

And then the conversation began.

It was deep. Reflective. Honest. The kind of conversation that doesn’t happen often enough.

There’s something about being in nature that makes it easier to tell the truth. The trees don’t judge. The breeze doesn’t rush you. And when you’re surrounded by women who are genuinely listening, something in you softens and opens.

That’s what happened on Saturday.

And we’re doing it again. 🌿

When was the last time you had a good cry without judgement?

The classic advice we often hear: when you feel down, talk to our friends or family.

Yet, somewhere along the way, we learned it wasn‘t safe to share our emotions.

Because when we did, we got advice instead of listening. Judgement instead of understanding.

But nobody ever asked, were the people around us emotionally equipped to hold that space?

So we learned to suppress. To numb. To keep it together. And that becomes our pattern.

Over a period of time, we even become the biggest critic of our vulnerabilities too!

When it comes to processing emotions, one thing matters most:
A safe space. Without judgement.

That’s why I created Free Yoga + Women‘s Health Circle ⭕️ a free, in-person gathering where women can speak honestly, feel fully, and be heard without anyone telling them how they should feel.

I used to live entirely in my head.
