This weekend we're hosting the RCA Learn to Row Coach Workshop in Victoria. This workshop is a great first step for new coaches. It builds a foundation of safety, technique, lesson planning, and communication for teaching/learning that sets new coaches up for success as they lead programs for beginners.

The countdown is on and registration is open! In one month, over 300 rowers will compete at Burnaby Lake in the Provincial Championships from July 17th - 19th. Head to the link in our bio for more details on the regatta.

To prepare to bring new athletes into the sport, many coaches across the province are taking the RCA Learn to Row Coach Workshop.

Over the weekend, 6 coaches from the Interior took part in this workshop hosted in-person in Vernon.

The annual Lap the Lake Regatta in Vernon is a key community building event for rowers from across the Interior, as well as a fun racing opportunity for the 11 attending clubs.
