WORLD MEN'S CURLING CHAMPIONSHIP

Team Canada make their sixty-seventh appearance, the only member association in World Curling to do so. Canada have the most titles, with 36, as well as 14 Silver Medals and 8 Bronze Medals, a total of 58 podium finishes, the most total medals all-time. The last Canadian title came in 2017. Canada enter the Worlds the #2-ranked member association.
Representing Canada are out of the Granite CC in Winnipeg.
Skip Matt Dunstone and Third Colton Lott make their Worlds debut.
Second E.J. Harnden makes his fifth appearance. He is a four-time runner-up, including three consecutive from 2022-2024.
Lead Ryan Harnden makes his third appearance. He is a two-time runner-up in 2013 and 2023.
Alternate Geoff Walker makes his sixth appearance. He was a part of the team to win the last Canadian title in 2017, and was runner-up in 2018, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
The team staff include Coach Caleb Flaxey, National Coach Jeff Stoughton, and Team Official Janice Drover.
Team Canada are ranked #4 on the World Curling Team Ranking, between Yannick Schwaller (SUI) and Ross Whyte (SCO).
This season, Team Canada have played in ten ranking events. Two wins, the Brier, the PointsBet Invitational, and the GSOC Masters among seven Play-Off appearances.
In total, 54 ranking games, a 34-20 record, 7.48 points for/game, 6.31 points against/game, a .50 Hammer Efficiency, a .12 Steal Defence, a .53 Force Efficiency, and a .20 Steal Efficiency.
Team Canada are second-favorite to win at +195.

Congratulations to Kurt and Jeannie Kleinmann for winning the Kent Curling Sturling Club Championship on Tuesday. They went 4-0 in the day's playoff to win their third straight Club Championship.
