Shotokan Karate is a Japanese form of martial art, offering effective means of self defense, physical conditioning, mental discipline and increased flexibility. We have much to offer for every member of the family.

Andy Holmes will teach a 5 class introductory course in Tai Chi in Revelstoke, B.C. Mondays at 4pm, starting 15th July until 12th August. Classes will be at Revelstoke Recreation Center. the cost is $75 payable in cash or by cheque. He will explore the first part of the Yang style long form with you. Tai Chi is a classical Chinese exercise that combines flowing movements with precise breathing and a focused mind. It is a gentle, yet challenging moving meditation. He will also teach the Tiger Mountain Chi Gung. Tai chi is very beneficial for balance and co-ordination. Always challenging, always fun.
