The first shift of the tournament will likely be done around 1:30 meaning we will open to the public from then until about 5pm. Send us a message here or try calling (our phone has been having issue today though)

This weekend (Feb27-Mar1) the lanes will be unavailable as we are hosting the annual Renfrew Open tournament from 5pm on Friday for all weekend. However there may be space available Saturday in the afternoon, I will post early Saturday morning what is available for whatever times once I know more about the availability. Golfers are still able to play the whole weekend and we do have times still for that. We also ask that for the duration of the tournament that anyone that comes in to enter through the front doors. Some of the best bowlers in Canada will be competing. Anyone that would like to watch some games, I will post a link to the livestream on the days of. If you would like to pop in to watch, please be respectful to the competitors, and to hang out in the front lobby area. Thank you

HUGE Congratulations to Shelley Laffrenier for winning the Canada Cup Fivepin Singles - Class 1!!! Way to go Shelley!!!! National champ!

YBC Doubles regional championships were held this past weekend - congratulations to all our competitors and coaches, and thank you for representing our centre with great sportsmanship.

For each the Junior Girls and Boys divisions, congratulations to bronze medal winners Maggie and Sawyer (coach Kevin), and to Chase and Rylie (coach Ambrose).

Finishing 2nd, and advancing to the provincial finals, congratulations to Kingston and Cuyler (coach Shannon) - good luck on March 1st!

Last weekend was the Spring Master Youth tournament - our three teams represented Opeongo well! Congratulations to our lone medalist, Ava, for the highest single game, pins over average (bantam division) and her personal best score of 159!

A belated congratulations to our YBO Triples team, who placed 4th at the regional competition on January 18th - they now advance to Provincial Weekend, at the end of May! Well done, ladies!

A special congratulations to our Senior Boy and Girl division winners, Carter and Charlee, who each set regional scoring records on their way - good luck at the Provincial finals next month at Orleans!

Some of our senior ybc kids did pretty good today. 2 advancing to provincials. Congrats to Carter and Charlee. Also great bowling from Liam, Kingston, and Sarah. And also great scores from the kids from other locations. P.s. all sorts of new regional records were broke today including high singles, triples and 5 games totals. Amazing jobs everyone.
