What a fantastic weekend for our Regina Y judo girls who attended the 3 day Female Retreat Camp in Imperial, SK hosted by Judo Saskatchewan.
They enjoyed high‑level training with Olympian Catherine Beauchemin‑Pérard, who shared her experiences from the World Championships. After training, the girls spent the afternoon doing a flower‑pot activity and playing pickleball, and they wrapped up the day with a cozy bonfire complete with marshmallows and cookies.
The camp ended on a high note with Katie receiving an award for embodying one of the judo moral codes: politeness.
