No experience necessary. Seriously. You don't have to be already flexible, strong, or look like a dancer; it's about being present and enjoying learning a new skill, exploring creativity and movement.

As the owner of Aschera Rose Aerial Circus Dance Arts and now the new owner of YQR Pole, I'm incredibly excited about what we're building. My own journey has taken me through recreation, fitness, dance, belly dance, clowning, circus arts, aerial arts and performance — and one thing has stayed consistent through all of it: Movement can change the way we see ourselves. I want both studios to be places where all ages can challenge themselves, be creative, laugh, learn something completely unexpected and discover that they're capable of more than they thought.
