We spend countless hours training our bodies. But how often do we train our minds?
Mental skills arenβt something we only work on when thereβs a problem. Just like physical, technical and tactical skills, they can be understood, practiced and developed.
During this interactive workshop, UrΕ‘a Terdin will explore confidence, focus, performance anxiety and performing under pressure, with practical tools and self-reflection applicable to competition, belt testing, coaching and everyday practice.
π₯ Professional expertise in sport psychology
