Beyond Limits

Last pass for us, Miles of Mayhem 2026.

Was another great week. Six tracks in 6 days. About 2000kms highway driving from track to track. A total of 9 passes down the track. Minor mechanical issues and a couple driver/pit crew errors 🤣 (don’t ask, it would involve some swearing). Already looking forward to next year.

Wishing all the competitors safe travels home. A huge thank you to all sponsors, volunteers, and a special thanks to Dustin and Josie Watts for putting on such a fantastic event.

Day 6: final day: Teched, prepped, drivers meeting complete and ready to race.

Phew quick fix in the pits. Got us back on the track. Had some trouble with the first pass in Area 53, Forestburg. Walked a belt, seized a bearing. Changed a belt, changed two bearings (just in case). And made a nice 7.050 pass.

Teched, prepped and ready to race.

Sadly this is the reality of the roads even during a drag and drive event. Gratefully no one was seriously injured. Wishing them safer travels home and everyone else safe travels too.
