Hello all! I am pleased to announce that as of April 7th, I will be offering Nia classes Mondays at 530pm, Wednesdays at 530pm and Saturdays at 10am. If you havent heard about it, pm me, and I'd love to give you more information 🥰

I also offer one on one private sessions to those interested in practical kinesiology, reiki, and intuitive healing infused treatments.

I am also partaking in many retreats and workshops to further my experience and knowledge towards women lead groups. I look so forward to meeting all of you!
