The Bhagavad Gita teaches us about how to show up in the work we do. In short — we do our work, not for reward, but because it’s ours to share.
Without a focus on the fruit or what we’re getting back, our duties become a simple joy. An offering without attachment, expectation, or resentment. 🙏🏼

Join us for our Fall 4-Week Beginner Yoga Series. This series shares the essentials of Yoga over the course of 4 weeks, offering supportive guidance and support to those brand new to Yoga and those looking to build a solid foundation for their Yoga practice. Expect a warm and welcoming environment, lots of 1-on-1 attention and time for questions, learning and exploration. All are welcome.
You’ll leave this series feeling empowered and confident, ready to attend a variety of all-levels Yoga classes at Yoga Grace.
