Qigong - “chee-gong” is an ancient Chinese practice that combines coordinated body movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention to cultivate and harmonize the body’s vital energy known as “qi”.
It is a mind-body practice that is often used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training.

It is finally Qigong time in the pasture with the ponies again!
Saturday, June 21st. Starts at 930 am and it’s a 5 minute walk to the hill where we will be practising.
Wear comfortable shoes.
Bring bug spray and a water bottle if you like.

This is an introduction to horsemanship and will include putting a halter on, knots and tying, grooming, groundwork, picking up the hoof, animal care, horse anatomy and much more.
