What is your opinion on a child train since 4 years old, turning 16, a young adult, should he get a blue automatically or start as adult white belt.

Ten years ago today I got my blue belt after training 2 and 1/2 years as a white belt.

Looking for something for for kids AGES (6-14) this summer. (ONE WEEK COURSE) From July 6-10, 2026 from 9:00 A. M. -12:00 P. M. , Learn intro to basic Jiu Jitsu. This course will introduce and get kids ready and confident in their life long journey in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Once completed, children should continue your training weekly with Sons of Thunder BJJ. If not that is fine, it is an introduction and BJJ is not for everyone. This one week course introduces and get children interested in BJJ and hopefully continue with us. If you are interested just comment on this. And DM us, we need at least 6 children to do this. And at a great cost of $175, for the week.
