🏀 We're Building on an Incredible Year – and We're Just Getting Started! 🏀

As we look ahead to the 2026–27 PACBA season, we can't help but reflect on everything we accomplished together last year.

Because of the incredible support from our players, families, coaches, officials, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners, we delivered another outstanding season of affordable, high-quality basketball opportunities for athletes across Prince Albert.

From our Jr. NBA program to our Winter League and Lakers club teams, we saw tremendous growth on and off the court. One of our biggest successes was the continued growth of girls basketball. This past spring, we were thrilled to offer multiple girls' training groups, and the enthusiasm and participation exceeded our expectations.

💥 That's why we're excited about what's next!

Our goal this winter is to launch a dedicated Girls Winter League, creating even more opportunities for girls to develop their skills, compete, build friendships, and grow their love for the game in a fun and supportive environment.

We're also looking forward to:
🏀 Bringing back our popular Jr. NBA program for K-Grade 3.
🏀 Another exciting Winter League season for players of all skill levels (Grade 4-8).
🏀 Competitive Lakers club teams (Grade 3-High School) representing Prince Albert across Saskatchewan.
🏀 Continuing to provide some of the most affordable basketball programming in the region without compromising quality.

Whether you're brand new to basketball or looking to take your game to the next level, there's a place for you at PACBA.

What a season for our High School Lakers.

This group showed tremendous heart and effort every single time they stepped on the court. Wins and losses never defined this team—their commitment to improving, competing, and playing for one another did.

Building on the foundation that was established last season, this year's squad continued to raise the bar, embracing every challenge and proving that growth comes from showing up, working hard, and trusting the process.

The future is bright for this group, and we couldn't be prouder of the culture they're creating—one built on resilience, teamwork, and a relentless desire to get better every time they lace up.

U13 Lakers Champs! 🏆
Went 4-0 this tournament and only lost 4 games all season! This group showed unrelenting defense every possession. It didn't matter if they had 5 guys or 10 guys, the pressure didn't let up, the effort never wavered and the results were clear!
Led by 3 amazing coaches, backed by family and friends at every game, and supported all season long on and off the court!

Our U15 Gold squad had a strong showing at the Golden Ticket Tournament last weekend in Prince Albert, finishing the weekend 2-2 against some tough competition! 🏀

The boys brought energy every game with deep threes, strong drives to the hoop, and a competitive edge that kept every matchup close and exciting. They battled through several tight games all weekend and continued to show growth, resilience, and teamwork on the court.

Proud of the effort these athletes brought every time they stepped on the floor!
