FREE Aquafit is Back!

We’re excited to share that our FREE Aquafit classes for past and present cancer patients in the Central Plains region will resume on September 14!

These classes are a wonderful opportunity to get moving, enjoy the benefits of gentle exercise, and connect with others in a supportive environment.

We are so grateful to be able to offer Aquafit completely free of charge thanks to the generous donors who support Central Plains Cancer Services. Your support helps us continue providing programs like this to people in our region who have been impacted by cancer.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the pool!
