This started with “I should get a nice picture.” And then, things deteriorated quickly. 😂

But since you’re here…why not get to know one another a little better? Especially since I’ve been seeing some new faces around here lately. 👋🏼🙃 So, here are a few things I believe after doing this coaching thing for a whole lot of years:

I believe what you can keep doing matters a whole lot more than what you can do perfectly for three weeks. ✨

I believe getting and staying strong is one of the best things we can do for ourselves as we get older…and that strength gives us so much more than what we see in the mirror. ✨

I believe you can eat in a way that supports your goals AND still have a life. Dinner out, vacations, birthdays, wine with your girlfriends…none of those things mean you’re doing nutrition wrong. ✨

I believe falling off track is completely normal. Learning how to find your way back is the skill. ✨

I believe there’s a whole lot more to progress than what the scale says. ✨

I believe you can want physical results AND learn to take better care of yourself in the process. You don’t have to choose between changing your body and building a healthier relationship with it. ✨

And I believe trust and real connection are such an important part of coaching. When you feel understood, supported and comfortable being honest about where you’re at, that’s where really good coaching can happen. ✨

So there you have it. A little about the coach behind all the posts on here, and some of the mindset I bring to my work…topped off with a questionable basement photo shoot. 😅📸

Thanks for being here, for trusting me and for letting me keep doing something I genuinely love after all these years. 🫶🏼✨

Reset & Rebuild 💫✨

Morning Everyone! ☕️ ☀️

I’ve been so excited to finally share a little glimpse of something I’ve been quietly working on. ✨☺️

I wanted every client who joins Reset & Rebuild to feel supported before they even complete their first workout. So instead of simply sending a login link…I created an entire Welcome Guide. These are just a few of the pages inside. 💫 🙃

Not because people necessarily need more information. But because I believe coaching begins long before the first workout.

It begins by helping people understand the journey they’re about to take, why it’s designed the way it is, and what will actually help them succeed. That’s something I’m passionate about.

I don’t just want my clients to have access to workouts. I want you to feel genuinely supported from Day One.

I’m really proud of this program because it’s intentionally built differently. And I wanted it to be that way.

Over the years, I’ve learned that lasting results rarely come from doing more. They come from building the right habits, in the right order, while feeling supported enough to keep showing up. I’ve seen time and time again that when people feel supported and have someone holding them accountable, showing up becomes easier. That consistency gives those healthy habits enough time to become part of who they are. ✨

That’s the goal. And that’s the philosophy behind everything I do.

It’s woven into every workout, every habit, every check-in, every message…and now, every page of this guide.

The movement matters. The nutrition matters. But the experience matters too. 💯 ✨

People don’t just need a plan. They need to understand why it works. They need someone who believes in them before they fully believe in themselves. And they need a place where consistency is celebrated more than perfection.

That’s the kind of coaching experience I’ve always wanted to foster, and it’s exactly what I’m continuing to build.

If reading these few pages resonated with you, imagine what the next seven weeks could look like.

✨This could be the start of a new beginning. ✨

The new 7-week session of Reset & Rebuild begins this Monday, July 20th and registration is $149.

If this gives you a little spark inside, I’d love to have you. Send me a message, and let’s build something you’re proud of. 💫

Shea

P.S. If you’re already registered for Reset & Rebuild, keep an eye on your inbox today! ✨ You’ll be receiving your full Welcome Guide along with an invitation to get set up on my app.

If you haven’t received anything by the end of the day, please send me a message so I can make sure nothing slipped through the cracks.

P.P.S. If you’re curious about everything that’s included in Reset & Rebuild, you can read all about it here:

Morning! And happy Sunday ☕️ ✨

Summer has a funny way of testing us. ☀️😎

Not because it’s bad, but because life simply gets fuller. The yard needs attention. Vacations happen. BBQs, camping, lake days and longer evenings naturally pull us in different directions. Before we know it, the healthy habits we worked so hard to build quietly slip to the bottom of the priority list until September rolls around.

But after 16 years of coaching, I’ve realized something.

Summer doesn’t have to be the season where you lose momentum. In fact, I think it can be one of the best times to strengthen it. Not by doing more or trying to be perfect, but by having enough structure to keep your healthy habits alive while still fully enjoying everything summer has to offer.

That’s exactly how I coach.

Yes, you’ll get great workouts. Yes, we’ll talk nutrition. Yes, there will be accountability and support (my eyes are always watching. 👀😂). But those things are really just the vehicle.

What I’m truly trying to help you build is a way of living that lasts. One where your healthy habits become so consistent that a stronger body, more energy and a solid routine become the natural result. ✨

A way of eating that doesn’t feel like you’re constantly “on” or “off.” Healthy habits that fit into your actual life instead of asking your life to revolve around them. Confidence that comes from keeping promises to yourself. 🤍 Because when those pieces come together, the results naturally follow.

The transformations you’ve been seeing lately in my posts didn’t come from extreme measures. They came from following the structure I’ve intentionally developed over years of coaching, showing up for their at-home workouts, building healthier habits, and staying consistent long enough to let the process work.

That’s where the magic happens. ✨ 🪄

Every workout. Every habit. Every challenge. Every check-in has a purpose. None of it is random (my brain won’t let it be 🧠 🙃). I’ve spent years refining this coaching process so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

I’ve already done the thinking for you. I’ve thoughtfully created the path. Your job is to bring the commitment. I’ll take care of the rest. 💪🏼

And as they like to say… Teamwork makes the dreamwork! 💫

If you’ve been thinking about joining me this summer, I’d absolutely love to have you. ☺️☀️

Whether you’re looking for the full coaching experience, a workout-only option, or a slower-paced approach to rebuilding healthy habits, there’s a place for you.

Jeans and heels in this space?! What the heck? I’m surprised the area didn’t combust. 😂

This was the night of my birthday dinner with some of my closest friends, so it was time to get pretty with the girls. ✨

I don’t know about you, but birthdays always make me reflective.

This trip around the sun has me thinking a lot about where my energy is going. And how that energy can either build a life that feels really good…or quietly drain it.

It’s like a little self-audit of who and what your energy is directed toward, and whether it’s actually serving the life you’re trying to build.

For me, that always seems to come back to my habits.

I know myself well enough to know that routine can either be one of my greatest strengths…or one of the things that holds me back.

When I’m taking care of myself, it creates this positive loop.

Sleep well. 🔄 Wake up with good energy. 🔄 Move my body. 🔄 Eat nourishing food. 🔄 Feel good. 🔄 Repeat. ♻️

But I also know my less-helpful loops.

Booking my schedule so full that I don’t eat properly.

Relying on caffeine instead of fuel.

Using work as an excuse to skip my own movement.

Putting off groceries because I’m “too busy.”

Overworking without scheduling time to recharge…until my body eventually makes that decision for me.

None of those things happen overnight. They’re just small choices that, over time, become patterns…unless we interrupt the loop with something better.

And I think that’s exactly why birthdays make me so reflective. They remind me that my life is really just a collection of those patterns.

Some are moving me toward the life I want.

Some are gently nudging me away from it.

And maybe that’s what birthdays are really for. Not counting candles…but asking ourselves:

“Is the way I’m spending my energy creating the life I actually want?”

I’m still figuring parts of it out. There are still habits I’m working on. Boundaries I’m strengthening. Patterns I’m trying to replace with better ones.

But there is one thing I know…and it’s becoming more clear to me the older I get.

When I protect the things that take care of me, everything else gets better.

I show up differently.

I have more patience.

More energy.

More creativity.

I feel more like…me.

So this next trip around the sun isn’t about becoming a completely different person. It’s about becoming more consistent with the person I know I am when I take good care of myself.

Because that version of me doesn’t just feel better…

She lives better. 🤍

And that feels like a good use of energy. ✨

☀️ Summer Programs 2026 ☀️😎💪🏼✨

Hey All! 👋🏻

Summer is here! Finally. 😎☀️ And I believe that summer deserves a different approach than the rest of the year.

Let’s face it schedules are more flexible and free flowing. Weekends get busier with socializing, fun summer “to do’s” and yard work. Vacations happen. 🏕️ And that weather?? It’s calling your name. ☀️🌊😎

So instead of trying to force the exact same routine, I would like to work with the season while still keeping one thing consistent…

Momentum. 💪🏼✨

Because here’s what I’ve learned after 16 years of coaching:

It’s much easier to maintain a steady rhythm than it is to stop completely and try to start over in September. ⬅️ 💯💯

So this year’s Summer Session is designed to give you a little more flexibility without losing the habits you’ve worked so hard to build. Because that’s important and in the end, makes things easier. So here is the this summer’s plan ⬇️:

☀️ July

We’ll ease into summer with one LIVE workout day each week (Wednesday), plus recordings will be delivered every Sunday and Thursday so you can still follow a traditional Monday, Wednesday and Friday routine if that’s what works best for you.

☀️ August

As everyone settles back into a bit more routine, we’ll build back up to two LIVE workout days each week (Monday and Wednesday), with a recording sent every Thursday for Friday.

By Fall, we’ll transition back into our regular schedule. 🍂 💪🏼

I actually love this gradual approach because it gives everyone options.

Maybe you’re looking for a little more breathing room this summer. Maybe you’re getting back into exercise after taking some time off and want a gradual approach back in. Or maybe you want to keep your regular Monday, Wednesday and Friday routine because that’s what helps you feel your best.

The beauty of this schedule is that you get to choose what works best for you.✨

The goal is simply to keep showing up. Because a little consistency all summer long beats having to start from scratch every September.

I can’t wait to spend another summer moving with you. ☀️💪🏼

• ✨ 7-Week Reset & Rebuild ✨
📅 July 20th – September 6th

Can I make a prediction?

A lot of people will spend the next two months saying, “I’ll get back into it after summer.”

Then September arrives…their routines are gone, they feel sluggish, motivation is low, and they’re starting over. Again.

I don’t want that for you. And that’s exactly why I created Reset & Rebuild.

This isn’t just a workout program. It’s a place to stay connected to yourself while life is still happening. Because summer isn’t the problem…stopping completely is.

Over these 7 weeks, we’ll gradually build healthy habits together, one step at a time. No giant overhauls. No impossible expectations. Just a steady rhythm that helps you keep showing up, even when life gets busy.

By September, instead of saying, “I need to get back on track,” you’ll already be there. 💪🏼✨

What makes this program different?

Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of people improve their health. One thing I’ve learned is that lasting change rarely comes from one thing alone. It’s a combination of movement, nutrition, accountability, support and building habits one step at a time.

That’s exactly what this program is.

✔️ In-app strength workouts (10–30 minutes) that progress with you. 💪🏼

✔️ A brand-new 30-PLUS 10 workout every week. 🔥👊🏼

✔️ Follow-along stretching & mobility videos. 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

✔️ Weekly lifestyle habit coaching that builds one layer at a time. 🍎🥕👟

✔️ Two Accountability Challenges to keep things fun, motivating and supportive. 🏔️

✔️ Weekly personal encouragement and accountability check-ins inside my app.

✔️ A supportive community that’s learning, growing and showing up together.

Maybe you’re starting from scratch. Maybe you’ve been inconsistent and want to finally break the looping pattern. Or maybe you simply don’t want to lose the momentum you’ve worked so hard to build.

The beauty of this program is that it meets you where you’re at.

Because a little consistency all summer long beats having to start from scratch every September.

Let’s head into Fall already feeling stronger. 🍂💪🏼

💸 Investment: $149 CAD

Spotlight Story: Kim 🤍💫 Same scrubs, Different Woman ✨

Good Morning, ☀️ ☕️

I am here with some morning inspiration as you sip on your coffee.

This past week, Kim shared some progress pictures after I had written in our private nutrition group about all the incredible transformations happening lately. Results people haven’t seen or felt in years, sometimes even decades. I encouraged everyone to share because I truly believe it’s one of the most powerful things we can do.

Our personal wins and stories often say more than I ever could. They remind others what is possible and can be the very thing that helps someone keep going when they feel like giving up.

When Kim shared her recent pictures, I knew I had to share them with you too.

The funny thing is, Kim is actually quite shy and would much rather do the quiet work behind the scenes than be in the spotlight. She’s never been someone looking for attention or recognition. She simply puts her head down, follows the plan, and gets to work.

Which is exactly why I think her story deserves to be shared. I’ll let Kim tell her story first, and then I’ll say my piece after.

••••••••••

Kim’s Words:

I started with Shea following her around from gymnasium to gymnasium doing her boot camps. I loved being pushed past my limit and yes she definitely does that! The knowledge she has and passion has taught me so much.

These photos represent more than weight loss. They represent choosing to fight when all I literally wanted was to lay down and never get up again.

The last few years have been some of the hardest of my life. Losing my son changed me forever. The grief, depression, anxiety, and living in a constant state of fight or flight took a toll on me mentally, emotionally, and physically.

There were days I felt completely lost. Days I didn’t recognize myself anymore.

In February, I decided something had to change. Not because I hated myself, but because I knew my son would want me to keep living.

Since then, I have been intentional with my nutrition every single day. Not perfectly, but consistently. I’ve learned that motivation comes and goes, but discipline is what carries you through. Every meal prepared, every workout completed, every healthy choice made was a promise to myself that I wasn’t giving up.

And every workout has been for my son reminding me of my gym sessions with him. I haven’t stepped into a gym since. I don’t know if I can ever go back without him.

On the days I wanted to quit, I thought of him.
On the days grief felt heavy, I carried it to my basement doing Shea’s workouts. On the days I felt weak, I showed up anyway.

What I’ve learned is that healing isn’t about moving on. It’s about moving forward while carrying the love and memories with you.

The weight loss is great. The physical changes are visible. But what I’m most proud of is finding my strength again. I’m proving to myself that I can do hard things. That I can rebuild. That I can honor my son by taking care of the life I still have.

This journey isn’t over. It’s just the beginning.
One workout. One meal. One day at a time.
One walk after another.

I’m fighting for my life and there is no one else I’d rather have by my side. Thank you Captain. You’ve been part of my saving grace. Excited to see where we end up ❤️❤️
❤️

••••••••••

As not only Kim’s coach, but also her friend, it’s hard to put into words what I’ve watched her go through over the past few years.

I don’t think I can.

What I did see was someone dig herself up from the bottom and fight her way back to becoming HER again. Just like she said, one meal, one workout, one walk, and one choice at a time.

What stands out most to me about Kim’s journey is her strength. Not the kind that shows up in a progress picture, but the kind that shows up on the days you don’t feel like doing it. I would text her before workouts, “Coming? 💪🏼” and I’d usually get back an “I’ll be there!” Sometimes it was a more honest, “I’m tired.” But we both knew she’d show up and do what she could.

Looking back, that’s really what changed everything. She fought for herself. She fought to return to herself.

And that’s what I think people often miss when they look at a transformation. They see the before and after, but they don’t see the hundreds of ordinary decisions in between. One of the biggest changes I’ve witnessed in Kim over the years has been her consistency. Like many people, she used to bounce between different approaches when it came to her health, but eventually I encouraged her to stop searching for the next thing and commit to the process she was already in.

And she did.

That commitment has allowed her to reconnect with a part of herself that she genuinely loves. Kim has always talked about how much she enjoyed the gym, lifting weights and how important it was in her life. What I love is that through Bootcamp and our strength workouts at home, she’s found her way back to something she genuinely loved. Not just the workouts themselves, but the feeling of being strong, capable, and connected to herself again.

This is honestly the most consistent I have ever seen her. And because of that, she is lifting heavy and looking STRONG AF. 💪🏼 💣 🔥

After she shared those pictures, my immediate response was, “You look so good. So strong and fit!” Because she does.

Kim looks healthy, strong, and fit. And those are things you earn.

You can’t buy them. You can’t fake them.
You can’t supplement your way there. You have to do the work. And Kim has done the work.

But if I’m being completely honest, I don’t think consistency is the whole story. One of the biggest reasons Kim has been successful is trust.

She trusted me when I told her to eat more than she was comfortable eating.

She trusted me when I told her to take a break from workouts and focus on walking and stretching.

She trusted me when we needed planned breaks and periods of recovery.

I would always get back an, “Okay, Captain.” ❤️ And then she’d just friggin’ do it.

I truly believe that’s one of the reasons this has been so successful. We’ve built an open and honest relationship that allows me to support Kim wherever she is at. Especially over the last 2+ years.

There have been seasons where we’ve pushed forward and seasons where we’ve pulled back. We’ve had to ebb and flow. But we’ve always stayed connected to the process.

Kim is one of the hardest-working, most dedicated, and strongest people I know. She doesn’t spend her time complaining. She gets to work. She doesn’t constantly second-guess the plan. She commits to it.

And because she trusted me to guide her, even through the difficult moments and inevitable questions, she kept moving forward.

When I look at Kim’s photos, I don’t just see weight loss.

I see resilience.

I see strength.

I see a woman who refused to quit on herself.

I see someone who trusted the process, trusted her coach, and most importantly, learned to trust herself again.

As her coach and friend, I couldn’t be more proud of her. And I hope when you read Kim’s story, you don’t just see her transformation. I hope you see what can happen when you keep showing up, even when it’s hard.

No shortcuts.
No magic fix.
Just a woman who kept showing up for herself. ✨🤍

Love you, Kim, and I’m so honoured to put the spotlight on your shy self for a minute. ❤️

Please give Kim a “LIKE” or drop her a comment below to celebrate all the hard work she’s put in. I know sharing something this personal can feel a little vulnerable, and your support is always appreciated.

And Kim… I’m excited to see where this journey continues to take you. I’m so proud of you, Captain. ❤️💪🏼
