We have been having SO much fun with our moms and babies and are excited to be running two fall 4-week BYOB(aby) Pilates series. 👶💗🩵

In this series, we will work on reconnecting with our core, supporting our posture, and building up overall strength throughout the body. We will work both on the mat and the reformer. Show up as you are. No pressure, no judgement, just a time to connect with yourself, your baby and other moms.

This gentle class is open to all levels. Mom’s must be at least 6-weeks postpartum and cleared to exercise. For everyone’s safety, this class is for our non-crawling/walking babies only. This course is non-refundable after September 8th. Book using the Rise Fitness Port Perry app under the “courses” tab.

Our first pop-up event, Menopause & Movement was such a success 🤍🧡

We spent the afternoon learning from the the incredibly knowledgeable .alyssalouras.nd and .pt about all things women’s health and how to support your body during menopause.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to listen, learn and move. Our goal is always to create a space where women can connect, learn, and feel supported.

We can’t wait to host more events like this in the future.
