We are big fans of therapy in recovery- for both the recovering addict, and their loved ones. Addiction is difficult for everyone involved, and one of the best ways you can support your loved ones' sobriety is attending therapy to process your experience in a healthy, safe manner.

Supporting loved ones through addiction is a difficult and emotionally laborious task. We recommend active therapy for both the recovering addict and their support network. In our practice, we commit to coaching sessions with the family or primary support of our clients following their time in the program, to work together on reintegration of the client into their community.

We've talked about the impact alcohol consumption has on your body and health, but how do we work healthier habits into our sobriety program? Personal training, and the introduction of movement in recovery, are a significant component of our daily routine while working with our clients!

We know alcohol is detrimental to your physical health, so why drink if you're putting so much work into training for that 5k or eating healthy? An alcohol free January lets you see the full extent of your capacity to commit to those goals
