Strait Area Community Curling Club

Our curling club will be represented at the Square Roots Port Hawkesbury market at the Civic Centre in Port Hawkesbury, coming up on Wednesday. We will be there with a great lineup of vendors from 4 pm to 7 pm. There will be something for everyone!

Drop by our table and have a friendly game of table curling! New SACCC curlers can enter for the chance to win a FREE membership for the upcoming season. Also find out about our special incentive for 55+ new members!

UPDATE: Due to the forecast calling for rain on Tuesday, Market by the Sea will not be held outside. The market will take place at the Mulgrave Memorial Centre, 459 Murray Street.

Andre Pettipas is set to preform live musical entertainment. Don't miss Stand & Stuff your Face and KevEthel’s Spring Rolls, if you're feeling hungry. Plus all the amazing vendors will be on site, and activities for the kiddos will still be happening!

SACCC recently received a $3,500 Wellness Fund grant for enhancing senior participation. The curling club's committee members were invited for a reception and presentation on behalf of the Strait Richmond Community Health Board, held at the Civic Centre in Port Hawkesbury.

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting for the Strait Area Community Curling Club will be held on June 6th, 2026 at 6:30 pm, at 15 MacQuarrie Drive Ext, Port Hawkesbury. Elections for Board positions will occur during this meeting.
