6-7pm : Youth Class ages 6-12 all belts.
7-8pm : Adult Class ages 13 and up all belts.
8-8:30pm : Black Belt training.
Sundays
1-3pm : Black Belt Training / Competition Class.

HEY EVERYONE !!!
Classes will be starting back Tuesday September 8th 2026. Please note the following changes.
1. Monthly fees are now $60/month.
2. Punch Pass Cards are now $90.
10 classes per card.
3. TaeKwonDo Nova Scotia annual
Fees are now $40.
Please be mindful of the increasing costs...
Monthly fees are to be paid the 1st week of every month.
Can't wait to see everyone back to put in some hard training !

Big shout out to Mr. Morrison n Tyson for heading to New Brunswick for the Master Badri Ricci seminars at Saint John TaeKwonDo. Covering Poomsae and Sparring techniques in a 2 day seminar. Great job guys !

Well.....
We couldn't have finished off the year any better. Our little group of 8 competitors went to PEI to compete in Rodd's TaeKwonDo Red Island Championships.
We had 3 black belts compete in Poomsae Junior Morrison, Mark DeWolfe, and Jensyn DeWolfe.
Junior n Mark were in the same division. Junior took Gold and Mark took Silver. Jensyn took Gold in her division.
7 competitors took part in Sparring of the 7 we took home 6 Gold and 1 Silver !!!!
Junior Morrison, Jensyn DeWolfe, Tyson Marshall, Tayson Sylliboy, Ilyas Laaroussi, Diab Laaroussi took Gold. Oakley McEwan took Silver.
To say I'm proud is an understatement. SUPER PROUD of how these guys put 100% into their performances. Congratulations everyone. You guys are the reason why I do this. To see you excel and represent our Dojang so proudly makes me realize how great TaeKwonDo is and all the benefits it provides.
