When life makes you shut down and take away a refuge for people to go to for their mental and physical health, you make the choice to let them take the refuge home with them... So incredibly glad that my members and trainers are able to keep their sanity and using the tools of Iron Raven Fitness to stay healthy through this shut down... but so incredibly sad that we're put in this position...
