Class is on tonight! Come and treat yourself to a nice stretch and a relaxing hour, just for you!
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket and any yoga props you have at home.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in.
Class starts at 6.30pm sharp. I hope to see you there.
