What a day sharing some of the lessons, skills and strategies that have impacted my life and career in the hopes they impact others. 20 firefighters, officers, administrators of the US Forest Service at the Cabinet Ranger Station in Trout Creek Montana. This really brought back some amazing memories of my 18 years in the fire service as I toured the facilities touched everything I could. 😎. Wildland firefighting and structure firefighting are unique jobs, but the brotherhood between us all is present especially when we approach learning and growth from the human side of things.
Love to all my new brothers and sisters in Montana and can’t wait to see what happens next.
