Well now that my secret is out, I'll leave you all with a little explanation as to why I've chosen to stop instructing for the time being. If the sea monkey decides to give me a break I'll let everyone know!

Last Zumba class of the session tonight! Don't forget to bring a friend free of charge. Also, we will be having a country heat live demo with Alyssa Leippi Fitness to give you a taste of what will be coming to white city! See everyone at 7!

As you all know, I won't be holding another Zumba session anytime soon but that doesn't mean you can't get out and shake it once a week in white city! Here's a sneak peak of the demo we'll have Monday night at our last class!

Two hours till zumba!!

I think my body needs one more day of rest before I get back into zumba. That being said, I will need to reschedule classes tonight. I'll do my best to get in touch with everyone but it would be very helpful if you could spread the word. I'm waiting to hear for confirmation but the makeup class should be on the 27th. See everyone next week!

I'm slowly on the mend from this flu I got Friday evening. I'm not zumba ready yet but hoping I'll be back in business for class tomorrow. If I'm not able to make it I'll be sure to post on here by the afternoon tomorrow to let you know if class needs to be rescheduled.
