Meet Miss Jess 🐍🐦🌿
If someone spots a snake on the trail, don't worry—Miss Jess is probably already introducing herself! Whether she's identifying birds, discovering fascinating creatures, or sharing fun nature facts, Miss Jess is happiest when she's outside exploring.

Outdoor learning is her absolute favourite, and she loves helping children discover that every stick, bug, leaf, and muddy path has a story to tell. Her curiosity is contagious, and she encourages little explorers to ask questions, investigate, and wonder about the world around them.

Miss Jess has been part of The HUB family for 12 years, working in our EarlyON programs and sharing her love of nature, play, and discovery with children and families.
She is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and a certified Forest & Nature School Practitioner. Miss Jess is endlessly fascinated by child development and loves watching children learn, grow, and build confidence through play and exploration.

Fun Fact: Miss Jess can often identify a bird by its call before anyone else even knows it's there—and yes, she'll happily pick up a snake so everyone can get a closer look (if the snake agrees!).
