Now that I’ve had a second to process everything… let’s talk about the weekend.

I had an AMAZING experience placing 2nd in my Open Class and qualifying for Nationals in such a competitive lineup. I’m genuinely so proud of myself and everything I was able to accomplish in such a short prep.

The day was long, exhausting, and a bit of a blur 😂 but having such an incredible team around me made it so special. The friendships and connections I’ve made through this prep and especially this weekend mean so much to me.

A special shoutout to Emma 🤍 As two PTs, it was so nice having someone to relate to, get through the hard days with, and share this experience and stage with. I’ll forever cherish the friendship we built through prep 🥹Emma De Silva | CPT Fitness Coach

And of course, I have to talk about my coach, Bailey.

About 12 weeks ago, I reached out to Bailey because I was originally inquiring about doing the King Kong Classic in November. She told me I could do the Barrie Naturals with no problem. I was TERRIFIED at first because that meant only 12 weeks to get ready for my first ever show. It took me a few days to decide if I was ready to take on such a huge challenge, but it just felt right.

Bailey asked me all the right questions, made me feel confident in the decision, and a few days later we started prep.

Choosing Bailey as my coach was genuinely one of the best decisions I could have made. She was supportive, kind, patient, and believed in me every step of the way. That was exactly what I needed in a coach. I couldn’t be more proud of the package we brought to the stage together, and I’m so grateful she was the person beside me through this entire experience. 🤍 Bailey Brown | Online Fitness Coach

Now for the judges feedback… 👀
I couldn’t be happier! Everything was on point, and the only adjustment is to come in a TAD bit leaner… It’s going to be a brutal week, but I’m locked back in and SO excited to step onto a national stage this weekend 🇨🇦
