Honestly, motivation is the worst thing to rely on because I don’t feel motivated every single day.
I don’t want to do cardio every day. I don’t always want to lift when I’m tired, hungry, and running on low energy. But the days keep passing whether I show up or not, and this phase of life is only temporary.
Looking back at where I started this prep makes it so much easier to keep going because it proves that discipline really does pay off. The small choices, the routines, and the consistency add up faster than you think.
This isn’t my forever body, and I’m honestly so excited to reverse out of this look once my show is over, but I’m also incredibly proud of how far I’ve come in such a short amount of time. And the crazy part? The work still isn’t done. There’s still so much left to do, and we’re continuing to chip away at it every single day.
I genuinely cannot wait to see the final package I bring to the stage.
25 days left. That’s only about 20 more cardio sessions and workouts. As hard as prep can be, I’m trying to appreciate the little things because I know that when it’s over, there are parts of this journey that I’ll miss. The structure, the routine, and the discipline I’ve built during these months have taught me so much.
And I truly have the best coach ever. One of the best parts of this prep has been not having to overthink everything. I trust my coach completely, and having someone tell me exactly what to do has made this entire process feel so smooth and manageable.
Anyways, enough of my yap 😂 I hope you guys enjoy this little progress update. We still have work to do, but I’m so excited for what’s coming next. 🧚🏽♂️🧚🏽♂️✨✨

Let’s chat all things prep 🤍
To start… let’s talk about food because I know that’s always everyone’s first question lol. Honestly, the eating part really hasn’t been that hard for me so far. I’m definitely starting to feel a little hungry sometimes, but nothing crazy and overall it’s been super manageable. The funny thing is, I’m honestly still eating foods that I would normally eat in my everyday life. Protein, veggies, carbs, eggs for breakfast… nothing feels extremely restrictive or unrealistic. Obviously the calories are lower now, but volume has been EVERYTHING for me. Eating higher volume foods has helped keep me full and honestly made this process feel way easier than I expected.
As for how I’m looking, I’m starting to notice changes every single week and that has been really motivating. The scale is continuing to move, my body is responding, and I’m happy with where things are heading right now. I’m really just trusting my absolutely amazing coach through all of this. She has made this entire journey feel so much easier because I genuinely don’t have to overthink anything. I just listen to what she says and do it lol.
I think the hardest part for me personally is getting in my daily steps. After a full day of clients and work, trying to finish all my steps in the evening can feel sooo draining. I already know I’m probably going to have to start waking up earlier and getting some walking done before my day even starts because that sounds way more realistic long term.
But overall, I’ve genuinely been enjoying this process so much. Physically and mentally I’m learning a lot about myself already, and it’s exciting finally seeing everything come together little by little. Still a lot of work to do, but we only have two months to go 🫶🏽
