We offer private, group and family introductory & advanced sessions as well as social paddles, PaddleFit SUP fitness, SUP Yoga, SUP surfing a host of other programs. There is no better way to get fit while having fun. Our regular sessions take place in and York & Durham Regions. Beautiful morning out on the water Friday ☀️ . So good to be back paddling and looking forward to a fun season ahead.
