Looking for something fun to do with your toddler this fall? Our Toddler Drop In is back starting September 9! 🤸

Come play, explore and burn off some energy in the gym Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30am–12:00pm.

The best part? No registration and no need to arrive at a certain time. Come and go whenever it works for you during the 9:30–12:00 time slot. We know plans with toddlers don’t always go according to plan!

Toddler Drop In is for little ones walking to 5 years old, with lots of space to climb, balance, explore and play alongside their grown-up.

Introducing our Program Assistant, Katie! Katie joined us this past spring to take on the Program Assistant role while Coach Jessie is on maternity leave.

Katie has been part of the KG family for many years, first as a competitive gymnast and then as a coach. Throughout her competitive career, she qualified for Provincial Championships every season and was selected to Team Ontario, where her team won gold at an international competition in Las Vegas, and she earned an individual bronze medal.

After growing up in the program, Katie continued coaching at Kawartha Gymnastics before attending the University of Guelph, where she coached at another gymnastics club while completing her Bachelor of Science. She also gained leadership experience in a variety of roles, including as a coach, supervisor, summer camp coordinator and hospitality worker.

In her new role, Katie will be supporting our private lesson program by coordinating schedules, communicating with families, and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We’re so excited to have Katie continue growing with us and welcome her back to the KG team!

Congratulations to Norah on the East Side Mario Athlete of the Month Award.

Norah has been putting in so much effort and showing an incredible work ethic in her training! 💪 We’ve seen great development in her basics and body shapes, which has helped her continue to build and develop skills across all events. 🤸‍♀️

Beyond her gymnastics, Norah brings such positive energy and a great attitude into the gym every day. Her hard work, positivity, and dedication have helped her grow into a wonderful role model for the athletes around her. 💕✨
