Come and join us at the TASS turf fields tomorrow night for our Tuesday Summer League finals! We’ll have the field from 6:00-9:00pm with both finals games starting at 6:30pm.

It was a beautiful night for a game of frisbee and it was awesome to see a hard fought, high spirited game to end our season. Shout out to the rest of the GM rabble who showed up to play a friendly pick up game on the extra field and cheer/heckle our finalists for their last few points!

So much ultimate was cancelled this week! 😭 But the sun is shining and PUL is hosting our 3rd pick up game of the summer at St Pete’s today from 2-4pm!

You’ve got 40 minutes to change your plans and get your frisbee fix!

The 3rd of our summer pickup sessions is happening this Sunday! The smoke is really cramping our style this week so turn your Tuesday frowns upside down and get your frisbee fix this Sunday instead!

Greetings people of PUL! Cheese and crackers is it ever hot right now 🥵 If you haven’t read our new, improved and bedazzled PUL Field Guide (hiding in your captains field bag) you might not know that your BOD updated our extreme heat policy over the winter.

This feels like a timely moment to share it far and wide. Cancellations for foreseeable concerns (heat, smoke, torrential rain, city field closures etc) will be made and communicated by your friendly League Coordinator by 4pm on the day of play. Game time cancellations (standing water, persistent lightning, insert unforeseeable catastrophe here etc) need to be made by captains at the time of play. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

It’s rare that we need to wholesale cancel games due to heat as often the humidex comes down as evening falls. This week has been especially harsh! We understand it’s disappointing and inconvenient to cancel or reschedule games, but player safety is paramount.

Calling all PUL players! 📣 On Saturday June 27th Peterborough is playing host to Electric City Disc Circus, a competitive juniors tournament at Beavermead and they need volunteers to help throughout the day, especially in the morning to setup.

Come to help out and stay for an incredible day of competitive juniors ultimate action and cheer on our hometown teams, Rogue Squadron and Soar!
