WE’RE HIRING: Evening & Closing Operations Team Member
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and self-motivated individual to join our team for evening and closing shifts. As the face of the gym during peak evening hours and the one responsible for setting up the facility for the next morning, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, member experience, and operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For:
Reliability & Punctuality: Dependable performance every shift, especially during solo or closing hours.
Strong Work Ethic: Proactive mindset with high attention to detail—you see what needs to be done and take initiative without constant supervision.
Customer-First Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and comfortable welcoming members, answering basic front-desk inquiries, and handling sign-ups.
Physical Fitness & Energy: Comfortable staying active, moving equipment, and handling hands-on facility maintenance throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities & Core Duties:
Facility Maintenance & Closing Sweeps: Deep cleaning and sanitizing strength equipment, cardio machines, floor mats, and high-touch surface areas.
Locker Room & Facility Restocking: Cleaning restrooms/showers, emptying trash, and restocking essential supplies (towels, spray bottles, paper products).
Equipment Organization: Racking weights, organizing attachments, plates, and dumbbells, and keeping the gym floor clear and hazard-free.
Front Desk Operations: Greeting members, checking in drop-ins, processing basic transactions/memberships, and assisting with member questions.
Facility Security: Following end-of-night procedures to ensure all doors, equipment, and building systems are fully secured at close.
Shift Availability:
Evening and closing hours (weekdays and potential weekend rotation).
