Ready for Friday Mat Pilates? Tracy will be laying out mats for you to join her this morning! Viktoriia will be at the studio at 7pm to welcome you into our cozy space for a Friday Unwind Yoga class. Sign up online and join us for a class.

Rose will be at the studio today to welcome you for 10:30am Hot Flow and for 6pm Restore & Rejuvenate. Come and join her for one or both of these classes to make your Thursday even better. Sign up online or drop in to join us for either class!

Here comes the Tuesday line up! Tracy is back to teaching this morning at 9am for Beginner Mat Pilates, and then 4:30pm Roll & Release. Rose is subbing the 1030am Hot Flow class this morning and Jessy will be in our studio tonight at 6pm Warm Mellow Flow class. Choose a class or join a few, we look forward to moving with you!

Our outdoor classes at the Red Rooster Winery have been cancelled for the remainder of the summer. With all the smoke that moves in and out of the area daily, it is too hard to predict what the conditions will be like and we have chosen to just cancel the classes moving forward.

We still have our indoor classes running daily and the air is much nicer in the studio at the moment! We hope you will join us for a class. xx

A few changes to note on the schedule for this week. We have cancelled the remainder of the Sunrise Yoga in the Japanese Gardens on Wednesday am and the Pilates classes have been cancelled for the week. We hope that you find a few moments of time this week to take care of yourself, maybe in a way that you weren't even aware you needed.

We have been pretty quiet over the past week as we absorb all the things going on in our community. To say that we are blown away by all the things we have witnessed would be completely inadequate.

Thank you to everyone that has stepped up and helped, donated, volunteered, showed love and support in any way that was possible.

Keep sharing, giving and loving, the need is always there. We all could use more of that in our lives everyday.

As we are more than halfway through summer, we thought we would share our schedule for you to plan ahead. Take some time to join us for a class and take a break from the heat and smoke. Bring a guest or family member visiting along to enjoy a class. Maybe you need a break from your kid's summer schedule, drop in for an hour to yourself.

We have a couple of outdoor classes, Sunrise Yoga in the Japanese Gardens on Wednesday am and Sip and Stretch at the Red Rooster Winery on Sunday morning (Sign up to participate in this class at redroosterwinery.com/winery-event/sunday-sip-stretch/). In studio, we have a couple of new classes: Friday Unwind Yoga and Zero Gravity Yoga on Saturdays.
