Joel didn’t get the W this time but he showed the heart of a champion some minor adjustments and will be right back on top and cody with the big first round KO congratulations what a way to make a come back!🥊

We’re excited to announce the launch of our Adult Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Program!

Class Schedule:
🥊 Mondays: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
🥋 Thursdays: 7:45 PM – 9:15 PM

Our MMA program combines striking, wrestling, and submission grappling, providing a well-rounded training experience that develops skills both on the feet and on the ground. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, learn self-defense, or compete, this program is designed for all experience levels.

Registration opens tomorrow at 7:00 PM!
