Life is way too short to worry about something that brings me so much joy! I truly love this sport.
I might be coaching most of my athletes online, in my garage, but the fire that I hold for teaching others about kettlebell sport is still there. It looks a lot different than it used to not having a physical space to share with others — but it’s growing on me.

This past weekend I got up to some good fun under the bells at the CKA Eastern Nationals. So many incredible athletes hungry for the platform!
My lift - 20kg 12 min Military Sn**ch
Result - 212 reps total & AKLU rank -CMS 🤩
This was also my first event as .k.m.f Team Canada Rep 🇨🇦
