Announcment: Class is canceled tonight on account of the orange heat wave, being 43 degrees out and there is little air conditioning in our facility. Hopefully Thursday will be better for us. Thanks!

Needing a fun summer program for the next two months at a great rate?
We're looking for 4-5 students ages 7-9 for our kids class for Tuesday-Thursday nights from 6-6:45 pm! We are also looking for an additional 3-5 students in our senior class which is ages 10+ that runs from 7-8 pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights after kids class. Students could transition to our fall program start. PM us or send an email to [email protected] to get started!!

Finally, our self defense routines! What's great about these as they are all individual to the athlete. Our goals are to have some realism, athletic performance, showmanship, and complexity. Some athletes are more straightforward, while others do scenario based, while some have educational value to it. This is a perfect example of displaying your "art" within marital art.

Another extremely successful black belt testing finished. The second weekend challenged students to demonstrating full self defense and breaking routines - all rooted in realism, complexity, and displaying their "art". Power, speed, snap, and showmanship makes this display more than just a set of moves, it defines who they are and the toughness of their bodies.

and again were hosted here as sister schools and they did not disappoint with their students - congratulations to now Master Ian Madden for his 4th Dan!

We also want to wish an incredible thank you to Master Matt Ross for joining us for our testing today and seeing the our little corner of the world. It meant so much for the students to have such a high caliber martial artist visit us! We will not forget this.
